Appointments are available Tues to Sat till 6pm and late night Friday till 8pm

Last minute appointments are sometimes available.

Punctuality and Courtesy

Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied. All times stated include preparation of the room and client: i.e 5 minutes at the beginning and end of treatment. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment if it is your first appointment at the salon. We require this time for you to complete a personal consultation form, this document is 100% confidential and is used for treatment purposes only.

Deposits

We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance to the cancellation policy.

​

Cancellations

Please note we require 48 hrs notice for cancellations or a 50% charge will apply, this also includes last minute changes to the appointment once arrived. Cancellations should be made by call or txt 07758139894 or if you've booked online you can cancel via the app.

Patch testing

All lash treatments require a patch test at least 48 hrs prior to treatments.

​

New Client Voucher

New client voucher are for new clients, one per person to be used when spending £20 or more and cannot be used alongside any other promotion.

​

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and will not be accepted after the expiry date. (any additional days that we are forced to closed due to covid19 will be added onto the end of your voucher allowing you have the full 6 months to use it). Vouchers can only be redeemed for beauty services provided by Creative Beauty and cannot be used against products. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or trans. Your gift voucher number must be handed to the therapist at the beginning of treatment.

You are under no obligation to use the full value of your voucher during one session. Late cancellation and "failure to show" terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.

Price Alteration

We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.

Smoking

Please note that it is illegal to smoke anywhere in the salon and it is not permitted in the courtyard.

Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would like to keep you up to date with last minute availability appointments, promotional special offers, new treatments available and events via Email if you would rather not receive theses please click the unsubscribe button located at the bottom of the email.

Medical Conditions 

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions including pregnancy or change in medication prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.

Mobile Phones

In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please refrain from talking on your mobile phone and that it is switched off, or on silent, full the full duration of your time in the salon.

Children

Please understand that we cannot accommodate children under the age of 12 unless supervised by an adult during your treatment. and that noise is kept to a minimum to ensure that all our clients can relax and enjoy their "me time".

Hygiene 

Salon Hygiene is, of course, the upmost importance and to optimal cleanliness all our tools and equipment are kept sanitary with the use of Sterling fluids at all times. A 15 minute gap between clients allows me to ensure that all furniture, equipment is completely sanitized between client.

Payments

Most credit/debit cards are accepted, and cash.

​

Personal Items

Please ensure that you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

 Refunds and Exchanges 

Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Creative Beauty. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has n used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. All returns and exchanges via post will be at your cost of p&p. This does not affect your statutory rights.
